i play raids whit holy loladin and drood/priest, us raid is all most all time up 2 65% so mastery aint realy work there yet, so haste and crit work better for me. i have found crit very usefull to get mana back from water shield proc´s. 4-set bonus, DM card and and spirit drinket from maloriak, will make that mach spirit that u can spam chain heals like back in Wolk. And u can mana tide totem will work on all of those spirit buff´s, what makes shamans realy nice friend to other healers to, cos u can use ur sell on “mana potion” for other healers. i use it on my self when i drop 70-80% mana and after it every time its comes of CD. but in the end its up 2 ur raid how mach damage it will take, is mastery realy that needed. cos we ar mainly raid healers not tank healers i dont realy see point to go deeb mastery, ofc its up 2 u if u want go tank healing, but u found ur self in mana proplems if u need use GHW all to time and then need asist whit raid healing. And if u go HW spaming on tank, u cant realy stop casting at any point, and anyway that is hard way to keep tank and raid up, cos u need 1 healer to go off tank and 1 healer left on raid (10 man). how ever if u found your self on tank healer place, make sure u get tank ho have avoid (dodge/parry/blok raiting hi) , u still see thise wolk tanks ho stack all in stamina, and that is horriple to heal, lets say boss hit 2x attacks 60k damage, its better that tank ho have 160k healt dodge another and take 1 so 60k damage, than stamina stack tank ho has 200k healt on take 120k damage. takes long to heal them up, or need spend lots of mana ( like in Cam in BWD). so raiding, WE AR RAID HEALERS, if u want guild and group whit progress, your raid should think class balance, and that is good to start on healers. DPS in over all aint make huge difrence on on your raid progress ( mayby in HC) but tanking and healing will, ofc all need to know what to hell they ar dowing in that boss, so DONT STAND IN FIRE. so in the end, know whit ho u ar healing, they classes and what ar they prio targets, try think how mach damage ur raid will take about where ur raid is +35% / +50 /+75%, cos if up 70% go in crit/haste and if under start think mastery. and will help when u learn to watch bosses hit CD´s so u can start cansting, chance shield or place HR before hit, makes HPS lot better and u end up use lot less mana. Atm we ar on 11/13 on HC at 10man, bit behind on 25, but i have some idea how heal on shaman, top 10 on every bosses as shammy in world of logs, and if u want more theory craft, Elite jerks is good place look it. have fun 2 play on shammy.

I juste copy paste the box and forget to change the content, but of course enhancement shaman should use Searing totem most of the time. I’ll change that asap.

I think that for enhancement it is almost always better to use Searing totem than Fire Elemental, because ST buffs Lava Lash, which is one of the most important skills. I can imagine FET is better if you don’t have an actual chance to attack the boss yourself, but otherwise ST should be better. Nice chart!

Of course using modifiers isn’t that much longer than hitting à single key. But I noticed I was loosing some reactivity when using modifiers.

When I first started playing I used to click the player frame than click the spell on my action bar. How embarassing.

I then learned the error of my ways and have been click-casting ever since. I don’t really think click-casting takes longer than mouseover macros. Yes, you need to press 2 buttons (modifier + click), but you do them at the same time, so I think it’s just as fast. I can understand the movement complaint though. It did take a while to get used to moving while using my modifiers (and I’m pretty sure I’m giving myself carpal tunnel), but now it’s second nature.

I didn’t know Arkinventory had those kind of features. I tried it once but for me it was just a all-in-one bag addon with a sorting feature.
